1. Who we are
This website, adaptableintelligence.com, is operated by Adaptable Intelligence ("we", "us"). We are building LucyX, an AI companion product. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
2. 18+ only
This website and everything we offer are intended only for people who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this site or submit any form. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact mackey@adaptableintelligence.com.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use one of our sign-up forms or email us, we collect what you provide, such as:
- LucyX model applications: name or stage name, email, country, a public platform link or handle, approximate audience size, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We do not ask for photos or ID through this website.
- Investor requests: name, email, firm, typical check size, LinkedIn URL, and whether you self-certify as an accredited investor.
- Updates and general interest: email, optional name, the reason for your interest, an optional message, and whether you want updates.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time, referring page) for security and reliability. This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. How we use information
- To review model applications and contact applicants about LucyX opportunities.
- To respond to investor, press, and partnership inquiries.
- To send product updates if you asked for them. Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Submitting a model application does not license your name, image, voice, or likeness. Any use of a likeness requires a separate signed agreement.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf, such as our website host, our form provider, and our email provider, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Advisors and authorities when required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality.
6. Retention
We keep submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected (for example, while an application or inquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterward), or longer if the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop receiving updates, by emailing mackey@adaptableintelligence.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or other U.S. states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information through our forms.
9. International users
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
