Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of adaptableintelligence.com (the "Site"), operated by Adaptable Intelligence, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. You must be 18 or older
The Site is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By using the Site or submitting any form, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. What the Site is
The Site provides general information about Adaptable Intelligence and our upcoming product, LucyX, and lets you join a waitlist, apply to be a LucyX model, or request investor information. LucyX is not yet available, and features, timing, and availability may change.
4. Model applications
Submitting an application doesn't create any employment, agency, or contractor relationship and doesn't grant us any license to your name, image, voice, or likeness. Participation as a LucyX model requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties, along with identity and age verification.
5. No offer of securities
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. Any offering will be made only to qualified investors through definitive documents and in compliance with applicable law. Investor requests are inquiries only.
6. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and only information you have the right to share.
- Don't submit information about anyone else without their permission, or any information about a minor.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
- Don't use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including the Adaptable Intelligence and LucyX names and logos, text, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except to share links to the Site.
8. Third-party services
Some features, such as sign-up forms, may be provided by third parties and are subject to their terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adaptable Intelligence will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The new version applies once it's posted here with an updated date.
